We were going to buy mangos at the Webster Sam's club. The cashier removed 2 mangos from our box and I asked why.

She stated that there should only be 12 mangos and we had 14 so that's stealing. We asked for the supervisor and the produce manager weighed the box with the 14 mangos and it was 5 lb. ( Mangos do come in different sizes). I noticed a discard cart with lots of groups of 2 mangos.

It appears to me that customers have been cheated out of their mangos as well as being accused of stealing!

How many customers have had their mango stolen? Isn't this false advertising if mangos are sold by the 5lb box and not the count?

There are supposed to be enough mangos to fill the tray with one layer but not have any sitting on top. However many mangos are in one layer exceeds the weight that it says on the tray.

If you have mangos sitting on top of others then you have too many. Those boxes come in stacked and you can't stack them if you put some on top of another. Also, there is no scale in the store for use to weigh those trays. Every cashier in the company knows if there are some sitting on top thatthe club member is stealing them.

You are lying. (Drops mic)
