My husband bought a 70" TV on a Pre-Black Friday sale. They were supposed to deliver it that week, but something happened and came the beginning of the next week.

When my husband opened the box, it was a 65" TV. One we didn't order. He called the customer service line and got hung up while waiting for someone to pick up and again when they were to transfer him. They gave him the run around and said to keep that TV.

Why??? We paid for the 70" and that is what fits our family room. After another week and a half they sent another TV. It was a 70" TV, but it was damaged.

He called back again and they were giving him the third degree. I got on the phone and told them to pick up these *** TV's and I am not a storage unit for crap items. They told us they would have someone contact us to pick up the TV's and to deliver a TV that was 70" and not cracked. The next day, No one called us.

So, my husband called again and that person said that the person I spoke to (Julie), didn't do anything she told us. We are livid!!!! That person said she was handling the pick up of the TV's taking up space in our house and that once that is done she can place the order for the 70" we ordered in the first place, because someone put a hold on our account. We had too many TV's.

We told them that was their fault, not ours. Now, no one has contacted us too pick up the TV's and they have charged our card with the first shipment. We are paying interest on a TV we don't have. We are going to let our membership run out and NEVER go there again!!!

We are telling everyone about the way Sam's Club tries to get you with fake deals and send the lower price item. How they try and force you to keep it like they are doing you a favor. Then, if you don't take that supposed deal, they give you the run around and ship *** products to you. I don't think they are honorable.

They don't want to honor the deal price and try to give you crap instead. Or, they want you to take a refund and have you pay the full price. This is our daily issue with them.

Sam's Club is the WORST!!!!!! Not sure how this will end??????

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
